Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
In these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” means the ticket holder to a ProfTalks Lectures Inc. (“ProfTalks”) event.
By purchasing a ProfTalks ticket or by attending the ProfTalks event to which your ticket provides you admission, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions will entitle ProfTalks to, as applicable, seize or cancel the ticket, refuse admission and/or expel you, in each case without payment of any refund or other compensation.
Except as provided below, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person or to any ProfTalks event to be held in the future provided you have given ProfTalks reasonable notice. ProfTalks reserves the right to cancel a ProfTalks event prior to its scheduled date or postpone it due to low enrolment, speaker unavailability or other circumstances judged apt in ProfTalks’ sole judgment. If an event is cancelled, ProfTalks will refund the cost of the event registration but shall have no other liability to you on account of costs or expenses incurred or otherwise. In planning the event, care is taken to avoid scheduling conflicts or changes of any kind. However, ProfTalks Lectures Inc. reserves the right to change speakers, lecture titles, content and the timing of the lectures on the day of the event without notice.
